    Dear Emory and Henry Student Life Staff,
    I am writing this letter in the hopes that you all will reconsider my position as
    a Resident Advisor for the 2017- 2018 academic year. After working as a
    Resident Advisor for this year, I am very confident in my abilities to continue
    to make Emory and Henrys residential areas feel like a community.
    If rehired, I will continue to provide these skills which include :
    Prior knowledge and experience of being a Resident Advisor
    Great time management skills to provide support to residents
    Useful tools like conflict resolution skills
    New, fun, and creative ideas on halls programs
    Leadership skills that I have gained from experiences listed in my Resume
