1. Installation, Configuration and Administration of SCOM
2007
2. Strong knowledge on Management Packs
3. Strong Analysis and Debugging expertise on SCOM Alerts
4. Strong knowledge on MOM 2005
5. Troubleshooting on Alerts generated on availability,
performance, configuration or security situation
6. Good Analytical skills
Primary Skills
7. Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change
Management (ITIL)
8. Good remote troubleshooting skills
9. Excellent Customer handling skills
10. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly
and fluently in English
11. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support

1. Good knowledge on SQL 2005


2. Good knowledge on scripting language specially VB Script,
PowerShell script.
Secondary Skills 3. Knowledge of windows operating system like Perfmon,
services etc.
4. ITIL Certification
