Ingrecion's
+ 500g beef.
+ 2 tbsp olive oll
+ 2 tbsp fresh garlic cloves, minced
+ 1 cup yellow or red onion, diced
+ 2 tsp. curry powder mix (optional)

+ 1 cup dicedicrushed tomatoes
+ 1 cup water
+ Salt and pepper to taste
+ 3 tbsp. fresh coriander, finely chopped salt
Method
+ Heat a large pan on medium heat.
+ Add olive oll and onions then cook until sof.
+ Next add garlic and spices, string constantly to
prevent any sticking,
+ Putin the beef and crumbled Royco Beef Cubes
‘Beof Cubes cook until fragrant, then add tomatoes
and water,
+ Bring to a slight boil, turn heat down to low setting
