2SETTLEMENT OF THE AMOUNT OF PNSA FEE TO BE COLLECTED

5The meeting was called to order at 2:35PM in which the president of the PNSA, Margarette Faye
6Visto, opened the topic about the upcoming PNSA day. She discussed about the proposed date
7for the PNSA day and the activities to be held within the 3 day event. She asked for the
8suggestion of Maam Flor Sy and the PNSA officers for the most amenable amount of fee to be
9collected.

11Maam Flor Sy suggested that the most reasonable amount for the students is Php100. She also
12asked the officers to present to the nursing students the breakdown of expenses to be spent in the
13event via power point presentation.

15However, the president of PNSA wanted to raise the amount to Php150 since its a 3 day event
16and she also explained that the identification card of each students for being a member of PNSA
17will be included in the collected fee. Also, she added that since the event will happen on
18February 2017, students can pay on installment method so it wont be that hefty for them.

20Nevertheless, Margarette Faye Visto instructed the representatives of each year level to inform
21their class about the amount of fee to be collected and the upcoming PNSA day.

23The meeting was adjourned at 2:54PM.
