Description of the artifact and how it meets the standard and criteria:
This artifact is a rubric that is used in the classroom for the students president project.
During this project the students have to do research on a president of their choosing,
and then ultimately give a speech over that president. The rubric provided, and
requirements, give the students the guidelines they need for the project.
Reflection on the artifact:
I chose to include this rubric because it is a great example of displaying to the students
what they are expected to do for the project. The students can see what they are
supposed to achieve, and then once it has been used to grade the project, they get
immediate feedback on what they did well and what they could improve on. The
feedback can be used as support for the future when doing similar activities.
