A day that technology hurt me the most was when they tried to charge my mom $500
dollars by Cspire for my phone that was supposed to be a Christmas present but had to be activated in a
month from the bought date. Then my old phone the bill on that phone was due and they charged an
extra $60 even though the other phone was supposed be shut off. But everybody has problems with
technology good and bad.
