As Days

Dear Parents,
We are wrapping up the first semester this Friday and please remember
that classes will be done at 11:45. This will allow our staff to complete
their grades, correct tests and input comments in the afternoon. Because
we have no hot lunch being served on Friday, pizza will be served for
lunch on Thursday and we always look forward to that! Please look on
Jupiter or check with your teacher if you have questions about missing
assignments or work that needs to be handed in before Friday.

Upcoming Dates:

Early Release: Jan. 20, 11:45am

Blacktail Ski Day: Thursday Feb 16

Early Release: Feb. 17 11:45 am

Parent Teacher Conf. Feb. 20(no school)

Just a reminder that all

students are to be picked
Please bring your completed paperwork of your child's immunization to
up by 3:40pm. This allows
the office before Friday so we can be in compliance with the state require- our teachers to go home in
ments. If you need a waiver, just complete it, get it notarized and then
a timely manner.
back to us. If you have questions or aren't sure you can get it finished by
then, contact me as soon as possible. Thanks for helping us stay current
Thank you for your help!
for a healthy, happy school!

We are finding several lower school students are not being picked up
until 3:50 or so. Please understand that we only have adult supervision
until about 3:40. We will not allow your child to be released outside unless
you are here for safety reasons. If you want to have your child play after
school under your supervision, that would be acceptable. Other students
without parent supervision will need to stay in the lobby. Please help our
teachers on duty with this new safety step.
We have a group of students and parents who will be traveling with us to
Helena next Wednesday for the school choice rally. The van will leave
at 7:30 and return around 4:30. Please let the office know if you would
like to join us or have your student participate. It will be a rich and full
day so please join us!
Thanks for investing in a Christ centered quality education for your child
and helping us model lifelong servant leadership. You are deeply
appreciated!
Blessings,
Christian Bumgarner

Senior Trip Needs ~

The Seniors are still raising money for their trip if you would like to help an individual Senior with their expenses. We are also collecting donations for a home repair we will be doing while we are there. All checks can be
made out to MVCA and you will receive a tax deduction for your donation.
We are also collecting donations of the following to bring with us: For the children to go to school they have to have white t shirts and
socks so we are collecting these in sizes 2T-14 for boys and girls. There is a box at the school outside Julies' desk wrapped in Christmas
wrap. We are also collecting school supplies and backpacks (new please), travel shampoos, soap. Also hats, bandanas for the parents
who work in the City Dump.
All donations need to be made or brought to the school by January 24th! If
you have any questions about this trip or how you can support it or the poor of
Guatemala please call me anytime!
