• Fill out the registration form, then press send.
Step 2
• Payment by Credit/Debit card

•You will see a link for a printable PDF credit card form, also on the join now
page. Fill out the form online. DO NOT SIGN IT.
• Once the un-signed form has been filled in, print it off then sign it.
• Fax the completed form off to the number provided.
