USING TRANSITIONAL WORDS

Transitional words are words which are used to link ideas and create a flow between sentences.
They can be used to emphasize comparisons, illustrate cause and effect, relationships or
establish a sequence. However, they should be used sparingly or they will lose their
effectiveness.
