1st ANNUAL SALIDA OLD FASHIONED COUNTRY FESTIVAL
Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 16, 2017 for our 1st Annual Salida Old
Fashioned Country Festival. Set up time will be from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. Please check
in at the Information Booth prior to setting up to receive your booth space number. All
applications must be received by August 25th so that we can assign booth spaces or sign
up early to reserve your space. (Only one vendor per company) no duplicate vendors.
Please Note: SALIDA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
Return the application/agreement with the following:
1. TOTAL BOOTH FEES AND DEPOSIT IN THE FORM OF TWO (2)
SEPARATE CHECKS. (ONE CHECK MUST BE FOR YOUR BOOTH FEES
AND THE SECOND CHECK IS FOR YOUR DEPOSIT.) PLEASE NOTE: IF
YOU PROVIDE ONE CHECK FOR BOOTH FEE AND DEPOSIT, YOU
WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
2. Make your first check for your booth space and the second check for your deposit.
PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE THE BOOTH FEE AND DEPOSIT. Your deposit
check will be returned at the end of the day if you do not leave early and you
clean your booth space. You must come to the information booth to receive your
deposit check.
3. Make your checks payable to the Salida Chamber of Commerce and mail to
Salida Festival, P.O. Box 236, Salida, CA 95368. If you have any questions

THIS INFORMATION IS FOR FOOD VENDORS ONLY
A Stanislaus County Health Department checklist must be returned with this application for all
FOOD ITEM VENDORS, as well as a check for $150.00 for your space and the second check for
$50.00 for your deposit.
You must supply your own generator as well and it must be a quiet generator to keep noise level
down. All Food you plan to serve must be listed on your application, no exceptions. Only Food
Vendors will be allowed to serve drinks. It is important that all food vendors arrive on time to be
in place before the vendor booths. Set up time for food vendors is 6am to 7:30am.
VENDOR PRODUCTS
Dear Vendor
The 1st Annual Salida Old Fashioned Country Festival will be held on Saturday,
10 am to 4 pm. Setup time for the festival is between 7:30 am and 9:00 am on the
day of the event. After you have unloaded your vehicle, immediately move your
vehicle to a side street so the next vendor can unload without any problems.
There is absolutely no parking of your vehicle or any vehicle along Broadway;
this will be left open for the Parade. Apply early as the event had continued to
become more popular in previous years. Applications must be received by August
25th.
Please list all products you intend to sell at your booth. YOU MUST sell your
wares in your booth, no walking among the crowd. Any item not specified on this
form will be prohibited from sale during the fair. All products proposed for
offering should be consistent with the family nature of this event. Payment for
booth and deposit need to be in the form of two checks, no cash. If you leave
early or your space is not clean you will forfeit your deposit. We do not want
anyone leaving early; when you sign this form and return it you are committing to
the hours which are stated.

All basic booth spaces are 10 D x 15 W if you need extra space you will be charged for the extra
space. NO ELECTRIAL POWER WILL BE SUPPLIED. You must supply your own power/generator.
All generators must be quiet generators. All items in the Arts and Crafts category must be hand crafted.
NOTE: You are responsible to bring your own tables, chairs, pop-up or anything you
might need for your booth space. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ONLY FOOD VENDORS PAY
