    Trinity Newton watched her favorite movie Love & Basketball one night when a bad storm caused the power to go out. The movie was just getting to the climax when the lights started flickering and the TV cut in and out. Finally, the power went out completely, causing the TV to turn off in the middle of the movie. Trinity was upset that she couldn't see the ending of her favorite film due to the technology issues caused by the storm. In the future, she will record movies so she can watch them even if the power goes out.

    A time in my life where technology has hurt me was watching Love & Basketball and the lights
    went out. We had a bad storm that night and my favorite movie was on. It was around 8 and that is one of
    the best times to watch good movies to me. I had my popcorn and my drink and laid out on the couch.
    The movie was just coming on until it started raining.
    While it was raining, it started raining even harder. The movie was just getting good until the lights
    started flicking and the tv kept going in and out. When it finally came on, the movie was towards the
    climax, the lights went out completely. When the lights went out, the tv went out and I cried because that
    was my favorite movie. Next time a good movie comes on , Ill be sure to record it so I can watch it later.
