Cause and Prerequisites

The time zones are configured inconsistently. Therefore, the workload
collector terminates when it collects the statistics, or when it access the
individual statistics records (in transaction STAD).

Solution
If the time zones are not set consistently when you call transaction ST03N,
the system displays a warning message. Correct the time zone settings with
the steps described in Note 926290.
