Terms and Conditions of SODEXO LUCKY DRAW:

1. SODEXO Lucky Draw is organized by Sodexo and is open to all the employees of Wipro who are aged 18 years
and above, using Sodexo Meal Card and have taken load/recharge on their Sodexo Meal Card for the month of
Aug, Sept and Oct16 except the employees its advertising agencies, their subsidiaries and associate companies,
partners/sponsors and participating retailers in Sodexo.
2. SODEXO Lucky Draws claim will be accepted till 30th November16.
3. Winners will be determined from all the holders by a computerized process and the result shall be final and
binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
4. This offer is being made on best effort basis and participation is voluntary. Participation in this offer will be
construed as an acceptance of the terms & conditions stipulated herein.
5. In case Sodexo is unable to contact the winner due to any reason or vice versa, the winner shall not be entitled
to receive the prize. Thereafter, Sodexo shall not be entitled to give the gift and will not make any further efforts
to contact them.
6. Prizes are neither exchangeable for cash, nor transferable and will be given to the winners who are able to
satisfy the requirements for claiming the prize set out therein.
7. Sodexo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without
prior notice to the winner.
8. Sodexo shall not be liable for prizes damaged or stolen during or after the course of collection and/or delivery of
the prizes.
9. Winners will be solely responsible for any taxes or duties payable by them as a result of participation in this
promotion or winning or using any prize. Winners should agree to indemnify and keep Sodexo sufficiently
indemnified against any failure to remit the tax payable to the relevant authorities.
10. Participants are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims resulting from their participation in this
promotion and/or from redemption of the prizes. By accepting or collecting any prize the winner agrees to
indemnify Sodexo and all its business partners and other parties related to this promotion, including their
directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgment, damage, loss or liability incurred
related to his/her participation in the promotion, or his/her acceptance or redemption or use of any prize.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, in no event will Sodexo or any of its officers, employees and / or
agents be liable for any loss or damages (including but without limitation, loss of income, profits or good will or
indirect, incidental, consequential exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party) howsoever arising whether
in contract, or otherwise in connection with the promotion.
12. Sodexo reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion at any time during the promotion
period without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt cancellation, termination or suspension of the promotion,
shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against Sodexo for any or all loss or damage suffered
or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and/or indirectly arising from or in connection
with cancellation, termination or suspension of the offer.
13. Sodexo reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete, add or amend any of the terms and
conditions set out herein from time to time without prior notice.
14. Sodexo decisions on all matters relating to this promotion including the determination of the eligible
participants are final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondences or attempt to dispute such decisions
will be entertained.
15. Sodexo shall not be liable for any default in respect of this promotion due to any act of GOD, War, Riot, Strike,
Lockout, Industrial Action, Flood, Fire, Drought, Storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Sodexo.
16. Sodexo is free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute any information details of this scheme to third parties
without limitation. Sodexo reserves the right to publish the photograph and/ or name of the winner in promotional
materials and advertisements as it deems fit.
17. Any dispute with regards to this promotion is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only
