Course Objectives
COGNITIVE DOMAIN: At the end of the term the student should be able to:
C1. Enumerate and explain legal principles regarding obligations and contracts.
C2. Identify situations where the application of law is called for.
C3. Appreciate that the law maybe, at times, harsh but it is still the law and that ignorance thereof is not an excuse for noncompliance therewith.
C4. Recognize the obligation to respect the rights of others.
AFFECTIVE DOMAIN: At the end of the term the student should be able to:
C5. Develop responsiveness and sense of responsibility to the end that he realizes that every human being is responsible for his own
acts and shall suffer the consequences thereof or reap the fruits thereof, as the case maybe.
PSYCHOMOTOR DOMAIN: At the end of the term the student should be able to:
C6. Apply the legal basis in cases and situations in his/her life or interaction with others as young adults where the law on obligations
and contracts may be made relevant .

For Professional Board Examination Subjects: the cut-off score is 70%. The highest possible grade is ninety-nine (99); the lowest passing grade is seventy-five (75); and the lowest failing grade
