Assessment of problems overall: whatever the part of their appearance: face,

kind of problems (overweight, dandruff )
hair, body, whatever the
A survey conducted among women since 2008 in 6 countries (France, US,
China, Brazil, India, Japan), and now among men in 5 countries: France,
USA, China, Brazil and India, at the same time (December 2011) through the
same questionnaire
1. Measuring problems that men have today regarding their

beauty
2. Understand the links between all the problems
in order to identify the key problems that can be
investigated by LOral in terms of consumer opportunities
