    I am very interested in the position as Lifeguard Instructor that you have posted on your website. I am
    currently a grade 11 student and would be interested in this part-time position as I am available most
    weeknights and on the weekends. I believe I would a perfect fit for this position as I have many of the skills
    and qualifications that you are looking for.
    I have strong skills suited for working in this environment. I have obtained my Bronze Cross Certificate and
    have completed First Aid and CPR as well as AED training. I have worked with children for many years as
    a Program Leader. I am a strong swimmer and feel I work well under pressure. I have excellent
    communication skills and have the ability to react quickly in stressful situations. My strong work ethic and
    ability to adapt to certain situations will highly benefit your workplace. I have strong leadership skills,
    patience and am reliable and responsible. I have competed in several triathlons where swimming has always
    been my strongest component. I believe my skills will serve me and the recreation community very well in
    this position.
