Dear Families,
My name is Ms. Sasha Hovind and I have been granted the wonderful
opportunity of working with Mrs. Smid and your son/daughter for the
next 9 weeks. I am an elementary education major from Northern State
University with minors in early childhood and coaching. This
experience is one of two that I need to complete my early childhood
minor and become a successful teacher. During this placement I get
the opportunity to observe, connect with the students, and even teach
some lessons. Pre-school is a critical age to help children discover the
wonders of learning and instilling a lifelong love of learning. I am eager
to be a part of this process working with your son/daughter and
learning from Mrs. Smid along the way.
