ABOUT THE PROJECT

To set up an Faith Elders Health Care Resort having all the modern facilities in an area of 23 Acres in
Bangalore, Karnataka.

Introduction to the Faith Foundation

Faith Foundation has been started in 2009 with 10 beds, now 35 bed capacities, proposed for 500
peoples. FAITH is a heaven for needy elders, committed to extend much needed love and happiness
in the senior citizens, despite their age. It runs psychological Programme and workshops for diseased
and bed ridden; to understand how exactly they feel, motivating and inspiring them to understand
the essence of being happy and further increase their life satisfaction. It helped us to serve them
better. Faith Foundation provide food, accommodation, 24 hrs nursing care for Elders, bedridden
patients, paralysis, geriatric care, coma condition, psychologically depressed, diseased, retired,
terminally ill cases, bachelors, childrens abroad, If anybody has the requirement, please contact me
immediately.
Old age consists of ages nearing or surpassing the average life span of human beings, and thus the
end of the human life cycle. Euphemisms and terms for older people include seniors chiefly an
Indian usage or elderly. As occurs with almost any definable group of humanity, some people will
hold a prejudice against others; in this case, against older people. This is one form of ageism.
Older people have limited regenerative abilities and are more prone to disease, syndromes, and
sickness than other adults. For the biology of ageing, see Senescence. The medical study of the aging
process is gerontology, and the study of diseases that afflict the elderly is geriatrics.

Faiths Objectives
Old Age brings some limitations, but being positive and following some simple guidelines can make
life richer not just for seniors, but also for their family, friends & society Faith Foundation is not just
about few men and women who run the organization; it's about the elderly whom the organisation
strives to serve from its soul. We have always tried to make the youth realise the contribution of the
oldest generation to our society, thus encouraging them to do their bit to provide the aged the
comfort level they deserve". Our aim is to form Senior Indian clubs in every nook and corner of
world - where seniors can meet as friends, find common interests and lead a healthy & happy life
through this initiative, we are honored to have the opportunity to reach out to under-privileged
older people, and contribute in a small way towards our social responsibility." Many older persons
are living without children. Widows, especially, are forced to spend their twilight years alone.

Currently, 11% of Indias elderly live alone or with non-relatives. By 2025, it is estimated that 25% of
those over 60 and 40% of those over 75 are likely to be living alone. Even if they live together, the
elderly are overwhelmed by the new concepts of time and space, and as per the response of the
survey are still suffering from loneliness.

Following are the necessary steps required to construct a world class Elders Health Care Resort.

FACTS ABOUT BANGALORE

Rainfall Bangalore receives the benefit of the Southwest and Northeast monsoons. The average
annual rainfall is 87 centimeters. October and November are rainy months but the downpour during
these months is only about 17 cms December to March is practically dry.
Population The increase in population of Bangalore is very rapid since 1955. From 10 Lakhs in 1955,
it went up to 20 Lakhs in 1970 and it is estimated to have crossed 75 Lakhs today.

Faith Elder Health Care Resort Banquet and Conference

The Elders Health Care Resort will have a banquet hall with a capacity of 150 and 400 for parties,
banquet hall also be used for exhibitions/events. The banquet hall is very
essential for the Elders and will be done in a western concept. There will be 1
conferencing hall for Elders meeting, conference and gathering etc. The hall
will be equipped with all the modern conferencing aids.

Other Facilities in Faith Elder Health Care Resort

Ambulance Travel Desk
The resort will also have a Travel Desk, which will help patients visitors to gather information and
shifting the patient to the resort.
Pick up Facility
The resort will also having a Pick up facility, the patient relation will be buying vehicles to pick the
elders from the suitable place.
Business Center
The business center is equipped with the latest office automation equipment to provide secretarial
services and allied services like courier services, E-mail services, Telecommunication services and
other support services.
Currency Exchange Facility
The resort will also provide the currency exchange facility to overseas Elders.

ELDERS HEALTH CARE RESORT COMPLEX

Cottages
The Resort will be having good nos. of cottages with a refreshing mix of
style and spacious elegance, our guest rooms and suites will be offering
peace and tranquility as well as the comforts of modern day living.

Ayurveda Centre
The resort will be having an Ayurveda center. Ayurveda is the alternative
medicine of Indian tradition, originated in ancient times. It is a natural
healing science for cure, prevention or rejuvenation of the body, based
on the use of herbs or herbal medicines.

Kids Arena and Board Games

The Elders Resort Complex will be having a separate area for the kids;
Kids Arena for children to have fun and play all the time while visiting
the Resort. The Elders Resort will be having an area for board games,
which will provide additional options for the guests to spend excellence time in the Resort.

Gymnasium
A gymnasium will be surrounded by state of the art equipment from
the Life Fitness, USA, and the Worlds undisputed leader in Gym
Equipment. Equipment will be is available to tone up body muscles and
rejuvenate. Visitors can sweat out superfluous body fat and discover the fresh self within.
Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Spa, and Steam Sauna
A swimming pool, which is also an important part of the club. The
swimming pool facility is a must for any club and thus it will be
instrumental for the popularity of the club. It will be 1 of the main basis
of marketing the club facilities. There will also a small nearby kids
swimming pool. There will be a juice and snack bar along with the swimming pool to add to the
service provisions.
Garden
In the proposed project there is also a beautiful and decorated Elders
60th year Marriage Garden and its well kept gardens infuses a breath of
fresh air and fill both young and old with vitality. The capacity of the
garden will be around 1000 people with huge car parking capacity.
