Malnutrition
What is Malnutrition?
Malnutrition occurs when the body does
not get enough nutrients. It is the largest
contributor to disease in the world,
which is why we need to be conscious
of it and have the knowledge and
understanding to prevent and treat it. It
can be reversed with a healthy diet in
most cases!
Make sure your diet has a variety of
fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, lean
protein, low fat dairy, and whole grains.
