January Schedule

Hey, everyone! This month has been chaotic thus far as we have only had one meeting! But, we are
getting back into the swing of things with this months theme: New Year, New You!
SO, last meeting the kids and leaders did some exercising, and talked about taking care of themselves.
We encourage the scouts to continue with this on their own during the week. (We may even have a little
contest to see who has kept up with their fitness goals!) This week, today, James is teaching the kids all
about CPR and first aid, as he is certified!

AND, this weekend, on January 21st, we have a special day planned for you at ASIAN SUN MARTIAL ARTS
in Tallmadgeacross the street from EL TREN at 1:45 PM to 2:15/2:30. They are giving our scouts a
demonstration on their art as well as showing our boys a little about respect! Please, dont miss this
one! Parents and children are allowed. We will be meeting here! ADDRESS BELOW:

COMING SOON.
February: Scout Day, February 12th at 10:20 AM at the Mogadore United Methodist Church. (The boys
need to wear their uniforms. They will be doing the opening church ceremony and reciting the scout
oath and scout law during the service. Hope to see you all there!)
February 13th: Mother/Son Dance!~ Info to come by the end of January! The dance will take place in
the church hall basement during the scouts regular meeting time!
Pinewood Derby

Parents, please make sure your scout brought his Pinewood Derby car home. We passed them out last
week!~
