TAKE NOTICE THAT:1. Whereas You the hereunder-named party no.3, the State Investment Corporation
Ltd (SIC), are the holding company of the hereunder-named party no.2, the
State Investment Corporation Management Services Co Ltd (SICMS) which is a
management company.
2. Whereas You the hereunder-named party no.1 are owners of casinos in
Mauritius, and your such casinos, more especially the one at Teste de Buch
Street, Curepipe, are operated by SICMS.
3. Whereas the above-named party employed by You, the Hereunder-named party
no.1 as Training Manager and he has been posted at your casino situated at
Teste de Buch Street, Curepipe.
4. Whereas the Above-named party avers that amongst his other terms and
conditions of employment, he is entitled to a travelling allowance amounting to
Rs.6,400 monthly, an uniform allowance amounting to Rs 6,500 yearly and to an
increment amounting to Rs 2000 monthly as from July 2016.
5. Whereas the Above-named party avers that You the Hereunder-named Party
no.1, in breach of his employments contract, have not paid him
(a) his monthly travelling allowance from August 2015
to 31st July 2016 amounting to
(b)his uniform allowance for year 2015/2016 amounting to
(c)his current monthly increment for the month of July 2016
amounting to

Rs.76,800.Rs.6,500.Rs.2000.-

6. Whereas You the hereunder-named parties are, jointly and in solido, indebted to
the above-named party in the total sum of Rs.85,300.-, made up as above, and
which is sum is due and demandable.
NOW TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that You the Hereunder-named Parties are hereby
most formally requested, called upon and summoned by the Above-named party, to pay,
jointly and in solido, to the above-named party, (a) the aforesaid total sum of
Rs.85,300, together with Attorneys costs amounting to Rs.10,000- (subject to taxation)
and plus VAT, within a delay of FIFTEEN working days from service of this present

notice mise en demeure upon You, the Hereunder-named Party; (b) his uniform
allowance, as from October 2016, for each year that the above-named party is in the
employment of the hereunder-named party no.1; and (c) his current monthly increment,
as from August 2016, for each year that the above-named party is in the employment of
the hereunder-named party no.1
WARNING YOU that should You the Hereunder-named Parties, fail to comply with the
above requirements and exigencies, the Above-named Party will have no alternative
than to take such legal actions against You the Hereunder-named Parties, as he may be
advised.
