A QUORUM HAVING BEEN CONSTITUTED THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO

ORDER AT EXACTLY 4:00 OCLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.

RESOLUTION NO.007-2015

A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING A SUM OF THREE THOUSAND PESOS

( Php. 3,000) FOR THE EXPENSES AND PRIZES FOR THE GENERAL
CHRISTMAS PARTY.

WHEREAS ; It shows the essence of Christmas that we celebrate yearly

as a part of our tradition.

WHEREAS; It develops every students capacity to participate and to

learn how to interact with OTHERS.

WHEREAS; everyone should enjoy and feel the spirit of this season.

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Hon. Jennny Riza Mercado and duly
seconded by Hon. Omar Salem, be it; RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED THAT THE SUM OF THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 3,000) WILL
BE GIVIN TO THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT OFFICERS FOR THE
EXPENSES AND PRIZES TO BE USED FOR THE GENERAL CHRISTMAS PARTY.

RESAOLVED FURTHER , that the attached plan submitted by the Finance

Committee headed by Joyce Intino shall be followed.

FINALLY RESOLVED , that the copies of this resolution be furnished to

the Principal for her approval and posted it on the SSG Bulletin Board for
the information of the general studentry respectively.
