EMAAR group is one of the most dominant real estate players in their chosen geography of the UAE emirates,

especially Dubai. As a civil

engineer, I am familiar with the business and the industry and that combined with my learnings from my B-school education would enable me
to have a very steep learning curve within the company.
I believe that my strongest competency is the ability to adapt to situations, that I learnt through my lifelong engagement wi th various sports. I
am also an analytical thinker who is equally comfortable in looking at the bigger picture while also getting m y hands dirty. This is evident from
my various extra curricular undertakings whilst at IIT Kanpur.
At IIM Lucknow, I have been involved with various activities such as Sports, Case studies and an intensive student exchange and immersion
programme at ESSEC business school. Having lived in a foreign culture in Paris, as well as various brushes with other cultures on a Harvard
conference in Japan, I am extremely comfortable with adapting to and communicating with people from diverse backgrounds and
nationalities.
A preliminary study of the EMAAR business strategy signals EMAAR rising interst in geographical diversification to various c ountries within
the Asian Subcontinent. I am particularly keen on contributing to the team that is undertaking the same and wit h my academic preparation,
extra-curricular engagements, excellent past work record and strong personal values, will surely exceed the expectations set forth by the
company.
