In the interest of the service, in order to ensure effective and efficient Physical
Inventory of Property, Plant and Equipment the Physical Inventory of this office is
hereby reconstituted as follows:

Witness

The team shall conduct a Physical Count of all Property, Plant, and Equipment of
this office. Inventory stickers would be labeled to every item counted/inspected
to ensure proper inventory and identification.
Inventory and Inspection of Unserviceable Items shall likewise be conducted for
possible disposal.
All memoranda and other issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed,
amended, or modified accordingly.
