Michele is a great leader and has great rapport with all the teachers she works with. In my judgment, her intelligence in the area of Science is well above average and she understands both student and the learning process to a degree that is exceptional even among our best teachers. Ms. Macasek has a thorough knowledge of Science that enables her to express herself ‘and present topics very well. She has a creative imagination that allows her to make classroom work interesting to students. Michele has the physical energy and drive to do a good job no matter how demanding the classroom is. While | was an AP at Forestbrook, Michele assisted me with iPad discipline, outside lunch duty, and was a founding member of the iPad management team. During my time with Michele at Forestbrook, her moral qualities were above reproach. Her personal characteristics such as patience, consideration, emotional stability, and good judgment were great assets to the school.
