DEFINE EACH ONE

1. Setting: is an environment or surrounding in which an event or story takes


place.
2. Characterization: is a literary device that is used step by step in literature to
highlight and explain the details about a character in a story.
3. Plot: is a literary term used to describe the events that make up a story or the
main part of a story. These events relate to each other in a pattern or a
sequence.
4. Conflict: In literature, a conflict is a literary element that involves a struggle
between two opposing forces usually a protagonist and an antagonist.
5. Climax: is that particular point in a narrative at which the conflict or tension
hits the highest point.
6. Resolution: means the unfolding or solution of a complicated issue in a
story.
7. Theme: is defined as a main idea or an underlying meaning of a literary
work that may be stated directly or indirectly.

Point of view: is the angle of considering things, which shows us the


opinion, or feelings of the individuals involved in a situation.
