SWOT ANALYSIS
Shirt Printing Industry
Shirt Printing Industry will focus on digital printing of t-shirt with a creative design. This analysis will
be useful to identify its strength to become advantage as new entrant and considering this help me to develop a
strong business strategy.
Strengths

Knowledge- Our competitors are using the old ways. But we know how to use updated technology.
Relationship selling- getting to our customer and building up a relation to become loyal customer.
High Quality Product and Service- We surely consistently produce a high-quality products and
services.
Experience- The employer and employee must have experiences.

Weaknesses

Price and Volume- On the opening day we start up with low price and volume of t-shirt.
Brand Power- We cant match the competitors advertisement.
Capital Investment: Lack from fund and initial capital

Opportunity

Quality Service- As our target market needs more service so we provide more high quality service.
A Loyal Customer- We are providing a consistent relationship to our loyal customer.
New Technology- Our machine can follow the trend.

Threat

The Larger price for store- As new entrant advertise low price in newspaper so our customer think we
are not giving them good value
The computer/machineries- The invested computer/machineries cannot produce a large quantity of
print T-shirt.

In this industry ne major weakness identified in the SWOT analysis was how to address and capitalize and
branding power and price, both from an operational and regulatory perspective. Service companies are also
focusing more on their clients concerns and have become more willing to partner with other industry
players. Lastly, the prevalence of social media and low cost marketing presents an interesting opportunity to
help the industry.
