An Observation Guide for the CLASSROOM VISIT


Read the following statements carefully. Then write your observation report on the
space provided.
1. Describe the community or neighbourhood where the school is found.
The school can be found near SM Valenzuela and also surrounded of factories
2. Describe the school campus. What colours do you see? What is the condition of
the buildings?
The school campus is large with 6 buildings. The colour of it is beige.
3. Pass by the offices. What impression do you have of these offices?
It is a quiet place that can always observe silence.

4. Walk through the school halls, the library, and the cafeteria. Look around and find

out the other facilities that the school has.


Always clean and has a facilities like computer laboratory, faculty room, clinic and
more.

I observed that the school was organized especially they observe cleanliness and they
imposing a good disciple to endeavours.

1. Look at the walls of the classroom. What are posted on the walls? What heroes,
religious figures, lessons, visual aids, announcements, do you see posted?
The posted on the walls are phrases/verses and also Birthday corner, list of
Cleaners and list of Officers
2. Examine how the furniture is arranged. Where is the teachers table located? How
are the tables and chairs/desks arranged?
The teachers table is at the center in front of the students. The classroom was
divided of chairs into 10 column with 5 rows in each column.
3. What learning materials/equipment is present?
The learning material is visual aids
4. Observe the students. How many are occupying one room?
Maximum of 50 students

5. Is the room well lighted and well ventilated?


Yes, the rooms are well lighted and well ventilated.

yes, because the school environment was a friendly environment also is a quiet

My Personal Illustration of an Effective School Environment

My personal illustration of an effective school environment that has a good


facilities in every area of the school campus that help the students become productive and
effective learners that they can be. Having a good structure, friendly and a peaceful
environment and also a place that free from any unwanted things.
