    Leadership style features available on Ron Sim in this chapter are:

    Self-Confidence
    A leader has self-confidence. As a founder and CEO Ron Sim has a clear
    direction of making the OSIM a reliable company to help consumers achieve
    healthier lifestyle.

    Motivation
    A leader who is familiar with the staff. He has always supported its employees
    and spend a lot of time to teach others. His goal is to promote positive
    attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle and to convince the employees and
    customers of company products OSIM.

    Creativity
    A leader who is always shown innovation and thinking of new ideas. OSIM
    history of investing in research and development of products allows the
    company to continue to produce high quality products. He also has created
    more than 100 innovative products.
