[1] Enter a number between -4 and 4. Small = -1, Medium = 0, Large = 1, etc.
[2] The format of the command to insert your own character art is:

where [URL] is replaced by the actual web address that holds the picture you want to link to.
By expanding the formula to

you can change how the picture is scaled to fit the cell in question.
1 = Picture scaled to fit, but maintains aspect ratio.
2 = Picture is stretched to fill cell.
3 = Original size, usually cropped.
4 = specify a custom size in pixels for the picture to be scaled to in the form

[3] If you want to track your Level Up, Racial, or Mythic bonuses, consider writing this number as a formula instead of a flat number.
So, your Elf Rogue might have a DEX of "=14+2" instead of just "16", or your Mythic Half Orc Barbarian may have a STR of
"=18+2+1+1+6" instead of "28".
[4] Use this column for Ability boosting Wondrous Items like a Belt of Giant Strength or a Headband of Vast Intellect.
[5] Inherent Bonuses are gained either via plot or through late-game applications of *Wish*, *Miracle*, or Ability-boosting Tomes.
[6] Make a note of any Ability Damage or Drain here.
[7] For Rolled HP, enter your dice rolls at the top of the Formula References tab!
There's an example there that you'll want to delete in the process.
Note that this formula does not check the level at which HP is entered - it simply sums everything in the relevant column. This means
that you can not pre-roll the HP progression from 1-20 of your character.

[9] For characters with a base Natural Armor, enter it as a Buff or Magical Protective (Untyped bonus to Natural Armor).
[10] To convert the Skills chart to the Background Skills alt rules,
1). Change this dropdown to "Background"
2). Go to the bottom of the Formula References tab and Ctrl+c the very large area underneath "Background"
3). Ctrl+v into cell AV26 ("Acrobatics", right below this one)
4). Highlight and Ctrl+c AR23:BX24
5). Ctrl+v into cell AR51
Remember that you can Ctrl+z if you goof up!
To switch from Standard to Consolidated, only steps 1-3 are required. I suggest expanding the Story Notes area!

[14] Damage Dice:
Don't worry about the Data Validation here - go ahead and type anything. For Example, a Flaming Double Barrel Shotgun can be
represented by typing 4d8 + 1d6.
If you are using the Critical Hit functionality, only the first part will be multiplied, so you can use the second part for damage that does
not multiply, such as precision damage. For example, if you had 1d8 + 1d6 and your weapon had a critical multiplier of x2, then it
would display 2d8 + 1d6 on a critical hit.

[20] There are a few very simple formulas below to copy the contents of the Equipment tab's Wondrous Items to here.
Feel free to overwrite the formulas, though! They're not referenced by anything elsewhere.
[21] Insert relative size change as a number here - for example Shrink Person provides -1 size, whereas Giant Form II provides either
+2 or +3 size based on your initial size.
NO SIZE-CHANGING POLYMORPHS STACK WITH EACH OTHER. A very loose reading of the rules suggests there is a single way
around this which I shall not name. It is not supported by this sheet.
[22] Enhancement bonuses to Armor STACK with whatever actual enhancement your armor has - be mindful of this when adding in
buffs like "Magical Vestment", which should not stack.
[23] This value stacks with "Damage", so Power Attack and Piranha Strike should give -1 damage per increment.
[24] This value stacks with "Damage", so Power Attack should give +1 damage per increment here.
[25] 1 = Two Weapon Fighting
2 = Improved Two Weapon Fighting
3 = Greater Two Weapon Fighting
4 = "Perfect Two Weapon Fighting"; unattainable by base game, but supported anyways.

[26] Haste and Haste-like effects (which do not stack) are the only ways to attain extra melee attacks. Only values of 0 or 1 are
supported. Unchained Monks can get their extra attacks by selecting Monk Unchained attack variants in the Melee category of the
attack block.
[27] There is some controversy over whether Rapid Shot stacks with Haste, and no official word from the devs. Haste says that "this
effect is not cumulative with similar effects", but the question is whether Rapid Shot counts as a similar effect. Ask your GM for their
ruling.
Either way, formulas respond to values of either "1" or "2" to support either the stacking of these two or Mythic Rapid Shot. A value of
"3" (from the hypothetical case of Hasted Mythic Rapid Shot) is not supported.

To add a buff to a unique skill (or some other part of the sheet), enter the value in the relevant row below, then go to the "Temp"
column of the skill you want it to effect.
Edit the existing formula there by adding the following to the end of it, substituting the brackets and text for the relevant values. Don't
forget the commas in the middle.

For Example, if you were writing "Invisibility" as a buff in row 111, the "Temp" column of the Stealth skill should read:

and BJ111 contains the value "20" or "+20"
Adding "$" marks before the row/column designations of a cell stops the formula from changing if you Move, Copy, or Cut the cell
elsewhere in the sheet. It's not necessary, but can help if you want to copy/paste a formula that boosts multiple skills simultaneously.
NOTE: if multiple buffs give a bonus to the same skill, they WILL stack when using this workaround, even if they are bonuses of the
same type. You will need a MAX() formula around the two IF() formulas to fix this.
It would look like this if you were using a buff on line 98 and 106 that both modify the same skill (line breaks added for clarity - they do
not actually effect the formula):

[29] If you do not wish to use the critical hit functionality, simply replace "Critical Hit" with the buff or effect of your choice.
This text is copied to the Attack Block above, and the ACTIVE/INACTIVE box is controlled by the the checkbox there.
