LLC, which maintains our provider platform for long distance services as well as a webbased internet portal, www.TimeTel-LLC.com. We distribute hard cards through route
sales in the State of Florida. We do not have, nor maintain, information on end-use
customers. Any customer service issues are handled through OneReach.com. We do
have access to PIN history only through password-protected access to Auris website.
In addition, a second provider, Sonar.com also provided long distance service for long
distance phone cards thru November 2016.
The company has not taken actions in the past year, nor received customer complaints
concerning unauthorized release of information.
The company represents and warrants that the above certification is consistent with 47
C.F.R. 1.17, which requires truthful and accurate statements to the Commission. The
company also acknowledges that false statements and misrepresentations to the
Commission are punishable under Title 18 of the U.S. Code and may be subject to
enforcement action.
