Market Stalls will be running all day.

ALL VEHICLES MUST ENTER THE VENUE UNDER THEIR OWN POWER, NO
TRAILERS, REGISTERED VEHICLES ONLY. (unless by special arrangement with
the 48 to 78 Holden Car Club Hunter Valley Inc.)
Please notify the attendants if you wish to take part in driving events as you enter
the grounds so you can be directed to the appropriate parking area. Once parked in
the main display area vehicles will not be able to move to the driving event area.
All vehicles to be parked up by 8.30am, gates open at 9am, no vehicles to move
until 2pm.
Any loss of traction or inappropriate behaviour during this event will mean immediate removal from the venue. A video record may be kept of such behaviour and reported to police.
No alcohol is to be consumed at the venue before, during or after the event.
Keep to 4km per hour speed limit.
Obey traffic controllers.
All entrants wanting their vehicle to be judged MUST register at the registration tent.
All pergolas/shelters must be weighted down or they will not be allowed to be
erected. Tent pegs cannot be used as it is a sealed surface.

When entering this event you agree that all persons attending do so entirely at their
own risk.
All persons, organisations, sponsors, Clubs and Associations having connections to
this event including all owners of vehicles involved in competition and management
are absolved from any liability connected with this event in matters whether for negligence or as occupier or on any other basis and no matter whether such liability be
foreseeable and no matter where or how such liability may occur.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry at any time to the above event
without obligation to give reasons for refusal. Photographs taken of entered vehicles may be used by the Club and ANSMA in its promotions.
