    West Boca Competition Team 2017 at the Regional Leadership Conference
    Congratulations to ALL Competitors.
    State competitor meeting THIS FRIDAY (02/03/17)
    Teddy Bear Toy Drive for Israeli Children in Halfway Houses For those of you who dont
    know, a halfway house is an establishment for individuals who are working to get their lives
    together. This specific halfway house in Israel is for children who have had their parents taken
    from them either via war, conflict, domestic violence etc. Jon Swartz mother will be in Israel in
    February and she needs HOSAs help donating Teddy Bears for these children. Before This Date
    (February 21st)
    You will receive
    a. 2 hours for a large bear
    b. 1 hour for a small bear
    c. The satisfaction of helping a young child in desperate need.
    On February 27th, 2017, HOSA is having a fundraiser at Tijuana Flats. Please go and bring your
    family members to support our organization! From 5:30-8:00
    2 Carnivals are coming up!
    a. Sandpiper Shores Elementary School (02/04/17)
    b. Del Prado Elementary School (02/04/17)
    Sign Up after the meeting if you are interested!
    Arrive to the school at 7:00am. The Carnival starts at 7:30am.
    On (February 11th), West Boca HOSA is having a CPR Day at the (Delray and Boca) Fire Station.
    Sign up after the meeting if interested!
    At the next meeting (February), the applications for officers 2017-2018 will go out. More on this
    next meeting!
