Remember: you have intake at least 75g of protein daily. Not even 1g less than that.

Keep maximum protein intake per day 120g.


Here are some easily available things to eat
1- Spinach: 1 cup (cooked), 41 calories, 5 grams of protein.
2- Guava: 1 cup, 112 calories, 4.2 g protein with 9g of fiber.
3- Peas: 1 cup, 118 calories, 8 g protein. (more interesting add it to egg white
omelet to increase protein content, make omelet using very less amount of
oil)
4- Egg Sandwich: For your midday protein (especially when you are at home),
eat eggs (prefer egg white) sandwich with some cabbage and cucumber
inside. In one egg white 4g of protein is present.
5- Chicken breast: Prefer tikka, but in home cooked in less oil. It contains 142
calories, 26 g protein and only 3g of fat.
6- Egg: including yolk. It contains 85 calories, 7 g protein
7- Beans: 1/2 cup, 109-148 calories, 7-10 grams of protein
8- Lentils: 1 cup, 230 calories, 18 g protein
9- 0% Greek Yogurt(it is okay to use 2% Greek Yogurt): 200g, 150 calories, 20 g
protein.
10-Eat 1 bananas daily with one apple.
11-Daily eat 1 grapefruit.
12-After every 2days you can use half plate of brown/white rice.
13-Try to eat 4cups of broccoli in a week.
14-In one week eat 25 almonds.
15-Eat green vegetables as much as you.
16-To kill craving for sweets use this smoothie.
