Three (3) Day Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 47-32-02 of the North Dakota Century
Code, that you are in violation of your lease agreement for failure to pay rent, late fees,
and/ or other outstanding charges. Please make payment of all past-due rent, late fees,
and other outstanding charges or vacate the Premises described above within three (3)
days of the date of service of this Notice to avoid eviction. Be advised that vacating the
Premises does not release you from your obligations under the lease agreement unless
and until a new tenant is secured. If you fail to vacate the Premises within three (3) days
of the date of service of this Notice, a formal eviction action with be commenced against
you to recover possession of the Premises and all other outstanding costs and charges,
including the cost of the eviction action, reasonable attorneys fees, and all other
damages allowed by law.
