AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

I, JOHN F. WATSON, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and with address
at No 26 Purok 5, Quezon Hill, Baguio City, Philippines, after being sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state

1. That I am the Assistant Editor of the Chisnews, Inc. a domestic corporation duly
organized and existing under Philippine laws with office business address at
Loakan, Baguio City.

2. That said corporation publishes the Chisnews, a newspaper of general circulation

published for the dissemination of local news and general information with a bona
fide list of subscribers published at regular weekly intervals;

3. That a Sommons and Complaint as per Civil Case No. 2106795 entitled Sherlock
Holmes vs. Jim Moriarty, copies of which are herewith attached, were published in
the said newspaper on July 29, August 17 and 20, 2016.
