completed many activities that helped to
strengthen MSM and TG community systems.
These activities help provide an enabling
environment for them to effectively address
HIV-related concerns in their local contexts.

The main purpose of this activity is to provide

a platform to gather inputs for the IHP Phase

consultations generated information on how
the IHP has improved the capacities of local
MSM and TG communities and look back on

It has always been trivial for the general

thestoryteller relate his experience. This is in consideration that if one individual could set
personalexperiences as examples, getting the core message across would easily be

#MathNgPagIbig:

The concept of love should always be taken as encompassing and universal. The right

especially Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.

#MathNgPagIbig points out that a relationship between a Transgender Man and a

Transgender Woman is not at all different from a relationship between two cisgender
individuals. This features a transgender couple bringing their love out in public, affirming
their pride and love both for their individual self and for each other. It will also touch the
topic on how understanding ones SOGIE leads to understanding and accepting others.

#TaraKape

Not all transgender men BIND, not everyone takes hormones. Being transgender is about
being securewith your identity, being sure of yourself and accepting yourself in its entirety.

This video talks about acceptance of the self and of the people around you. Like
transgender women, transgender men also have struggles with coming out and with
fitting in. Generally, this will talk about gender identity and the issue of conformance to
the standards set by society. The title is a metaphor for the idea of being able to live
freely- free from ones own internal stigma and free from societys persecution.

#TaraKape solicits understanding that individual choice SHOULD be respected. It also

touches on the idea that not all transgender men fit one same mold. Just like a society as
a whole, there is also diversity in the sector. However, these differences should not come
as threats but rather be taken as an infinite spectrum converging into one whole.
