    Sir,

    With due respect and humble submission to say that I am a student of b.arch 4th year of your college .
    I took up Yamuna river front development as my thesis topic. But now, I would like to change my
    thesis topic from Yamuna riverfront development to slum rehabilitation as I am
    having a lot of restrictions in designing on that site . I think that optional topic slum rehabilitation
    will be better for me and my future success.

    Therefore, I pray and hope that you will be kind enough to permit me to change the topic
