The Account Payee Demand Draft for the admission fee is to be enclosed with this form and sent
to The Admission Officer, IBS Admission Office, # 65, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad
500 082, Telangana State, India, to reach Hyderabad on or before March 22, 2016.

Note: 1. Please note that non receipt of fee by March 22, 2016 may lead to cancellation of
admission and allotment of seat to a waitlisted candidate.
2. Do not enclose any other letters with this form.
3. Please mention your Name, Application number, Program details on reverse of the
demand draft.

Withdrawal and Refund of Fee:


The students who withdraw from the program on or before 5.00 pm on May 15, 2016 will be
refunded the admission fee in June 2016 after deducting the administrative charges as per UGC
guidelines. The students whose withdrawal requests are received after 5.00 pm on May 15, 2016 will
not be eligible for refund.
