Theinstallerautomaticallyupgradesthesoftware,createsadatabasebackupoftheprevioussoftwareversion,andsavesthebackupto
[INSTALLDIR]\config\dbDump\DB_Backup_V_[versionnumber].dump.

IMPORTANT:Afteranupgrade,youmustdeletethebrowsercachetoensuretheproperfunctioningoftheapplicationonthe

Workaround:SelecttheForceLoginboxontheloginpagetoendtheexistingsessionandloginagain.Otherwise,anerrormessagedisplays
indicatingthatanothersessionwiththesameUserIDalreadyexists.Theoriginalsessionautomaticallytimesoutafter20minutes.
