Integration:
We have proposed fully integrated and expandable system, in line with your requirements.

Bill of Quantity:
The B.O.Q clearly shows the break up for the unit price in INR. If there are any items required for the project which
are not included in the B.O.Q will be invoiced to the client as a variation.

Warranty:
The whole system is guaranteed for a period of One year from the date of supply. The guaranty covers all equipment against any manufacturing d

Scope of Works:
Scope of works includes supply, installation, termination, testing and commissioning of the system.
Scope of work excludes any civil/ carpentry and or other related work, the same , if any will be invoiced accordingly.

Payment Terms:
50% as Advance against L.P.O.
40% on Material delivery to the site
10% on Installation, Testing & Commissioning

Validity :
4 weeks from date of this offer.

Training:
eZONE Security Solutions India Private Limited shall provide comprehensive training for operators and supervisors.
The number of trainees has to be informed prior to the training.

Delivery:
System / products will be delivered within 4-6 weeks from the date of Your Purchase Order along with the
advance payment.

Installation:
Normally it takes 6-8 weeks, however it purely depends upon the site readiness.

Taxes :
All the taxes are applicable as per the prevailing government norms

Order placement & processing:

The work order along with advance cheque / DD should be drawn in favour of
eZONE Security Solutions India Private Limited for processing your order
