15-20 Connection/ Weve spent the last couple days digging into to data and
Framing information about the achievement gap to answer two
questions:
1. What is it?
2. Who does it affect?

Turn and talk. Answer those questions.

Say, It is NOT kids fault. In many cases, its not teachers fault.
Its about a system that does NOT give every kid the same
opportunities. Its about kids who happen to live in this town
and this community . . . tending to have ACCESS to more
wealth, more resources, and better educational opportunities.
