    Provision for time extension in present contract and whether it is proposed to utilize the
    same, if not why?:As per clause 4.1 of the LOA, the contract period can further be extended
    up to one year on mutual consent at the same rate, terms and conditions. However, the party
    has expressed his inability to deploy the vehicle for another one
