Following points to be complied by vendor for manufacturing of

Vessels/Tanks

1. Verification of Mill Test Certificate with proper co-relation and check test
report at random and PMI for SS & Alloy Steel
2. Valid WPS, PQR & WQR.
3. Stamp/Heat No. Transfer.
4. Marking & Cutting
5. Weld Fitup
6. Purging arrangement if required.
7. Welding.
8. Stress Relieving for Alloy Steel as required
9. NDT on welds with copy of personnel qualification.
10.Water Fill Test/Hydro test report with calibration certificate.
11.Pneumatic test on Reinforcement Pad if any
12.Dimension report with calibration of measuring instrument.
13.Painting in compliance with approved painting procedure.
