our Member Directory and also used as reference for inquiries from interested companies whose needs may match with the
services you provide.

Authorized Agent for Company


As authorized agent for the company, it is agreed that all fees invoiced will be paid in accordance to the conditions set forth
by the association. Cancellation of membership shall be sent to IPIA in writing and shall include payment of all open
invoices. Until the association receives such notice, member dues will continue to accrue and be due and payable upon
receipt of invoice.

Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Full Members may cast one (1) vote at the Annual General Meeting for the election of the Board of
Directors.

2. Full Members may present, second, debate, and vote on motions made at the Annual General Meeting.

3. Full Members may enter agenda items at scheduled Board of Directors Meetings.

4. Full Members may attend scheduled IPIA courses at the established member rates.

5. Full Members may advertise in the IPIA quarterly newsletter - Crosstalk at the established member rates.

6. Full Members may obtain available support on OCTG by phone, fax, or email. Consulting fees may be
charged if a matter cannot be resolved by normal support procedures.

7. All invoices are due and payable upon receipt.

8. Invoices, Statements and Account Notices may be sent by mail. When any of these documents is sent by
email or fax it is considered to be an original document.

9. All charges are payable in U.S. currency, by Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, Money Order or Company
Check. All amounts due are NET to IPIA.

Payments by wire transfer shall include the following: Company Name and the Invoice Number for which
payment is being made. We are not responsible for incorrectly posting of fees if an invoice number is not
specified.

11. Transaction Fees for wire transfer shall NOT be deducted from the Invoiced amount due IPIA.

12. Member accounts must be up to date for entry into IPIA scheduled courses.

13. Travel expenses associated with schools will be billed back at the rates in effect at the time the school was
conducted. All food, lodging, airfare, auto rental, per diem, customs, shipping and other expenses related to
the schools will be re-billed at cost.

14. Course Fees: at established Member Rates, currently: US$850.00=5 Days, US$670.00=4 Days
US$550.00=3 Days, US$475.00=2 Days, US$370.00=1 Day (rates subject to change)
(API and DS-1 manuals are not included in the course fee. Students are required to bring their own set of
the required manuals or make arrangements for obtaining manuals prior to the course date)

15. Announcements for courses are initially sent by email notice to the agent for the company. Additional
notices may be sent to other officers or locations when a request has been made in writing to IPIA.

16. Quarterly issues of Crosstalk are sent by mail to all U.S.A. and Canadian destinations. Due to the high cost
of express mail, the complimentary issue of Crosstalk is sent by electronic pdf version or fax to all other
destinations and interested parties. Crosstalk may be sent to other officers or locations when a request has
been made in writing to IPIA.
