management, commercial leasing, engineering leadership, staff leadership, audits, code compliance and
dealing with jurisdictional officials. Travel to each site frequently to reconcile budget forecasts and maintenance
operations. Develop 39 yearly operating budgets and made distributions to stakeholders. Perform in television
commercials and authored industry articles.
$14 million in profit generated by taking leadership of a 200-tenant office complex, decreasing the tenant
base to 100 via expansion and eviction, re-measured the buildings to discover an extra 35,000 square feet

$5.2 million in first year rent secured and the lease of an 180,000 square foot space renewed by
managing a major update to two large data centers with no disruption to neighbors.
Delivered a powerful, private data center for cable providers and emergency operations data retrieval to
win a second data center contract to build in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Each data center possessed a 65,000
square foot footprint and cost $17 million to construct in addition to $32 million in onboard avionics and
