PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The goal of the EDD- Pricing is to act as a common discount data store that will serve all the Fedex OpCos in
order to perform Pricing Maintenance and Administration Functions. Enterprise Discount Database (eDD) will
store customer-specific agreed pricing for FXE, FXG, and FXF services. eDD will store discounts, surcharges,
billing flags, etc. as provided by the source systems (mainly ePRS-IRE, Pricing Maintenance GUI and OADR).
eDD will be capable of receiving, loading, displaying, and maintaining pricing discounts from several systems/
processes at the same time.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Involved in working of new enhancements as per SRS.
Involved in junit testing to test the developed code. Testing of all the modules of EDD developed using Hibernate,
Spring dependency injection, JMS, Web services.
Bug fixing for the defects raised by other up streams and down streams of EDD.
Checking production logs.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

EAS is a business logic layer, a part of FedEx Print Online, Doc Store, FSR applications. EAS is built on EJBs.
All of these applications use EAS for the complete business logic and connecting to the database. Print Online is one of
the ecommerce application of FedEx where one can take printouts of banners, flyers, posters, invitations and their
personal documents.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding the SRS, impact analysis and developing the Technical design document.
Preparing the DDS (Detailed Design Document).
Involved in developing the source code and writing Junit test cases for unit testing.
Testing the request and response from a web service in soapUI 4.5.0.
Adoption of a new web service (RCI) developed by other team into our EAS code. Also the connectivity between
EAS and Database.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Got the spot award from Delivery Manager for completing the requirement before time and for a critical
production fix.

With a team of 5 initiated a Lean idea: FXO Automation Setup.

Core team member of Syntel Dance Group SYNALYA and have performed inside and outside
