Abstract: This paper describe an example of integrated approach in teaching physics and
mathematics where students, marking the Day of Pi, address several problem tasks in
connection with the determination of number. The aim of this paper is to highlight the need
for this approach, which will study physics and mathematics to do better and more
interesting.
