Firstly, I am very thankful to my parents for their continuous support in my whole life and my
sisters for guides me. I am also thankful to Director School of Accounting and Finance Prof Dr
Ather Azim Khan for his kind support for M.com program.

Secondly, and most importantly I would like to thanks all teachers and especially to the most
honorable and knowledgeable teacher Sir Wajid Ali. He always there when I have any question

World Premiere
Objective to create a spectacular send off and celebration of the Ice Age Live! five
year worldwide tour.
Solution a "red " carpet event at Wembley Arena with pre-show entertainment
followed by an after show party at The Hilton. Absolute Events provided the design,
branding, technical production, logistics and staffing.
Result successful pre-show and after party entertainment for 500 VIPs and
seamless management between the two

Association of Event Organisers Annual Awards Ceremony (2012 & 2013)


Objective to create a stunning awards ceremony for the events industry

Solution provision of lighting, lasers, sound, presentation design, staging and show-
calling as well as overall event management.
Result a highly successful awards ceremony appreciated by people who work in our

Bespoke Corporate Events

Objective To deliver a red carpet experience simultaneously to 15 Vue cinemas for the
Premiere VIP screening of Kingsman.
Solution Champagne and red carpet entrance in 15 cinemas, for a total of 5200 guests
delivered by a fleet of vehicles and staff.
Result 5200 guests had the VIP experience for the Kingsman film screening, streamed live by
satellite
Babcock Army vs. Navy Rugby Match
Babcock International (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014)

Objective Each year providing branding with a difference in the Spirit of Rugby Room
for Babcocks VIP drinks and lunch reception for the Army vs. Navy Rugby match.
Solution In 2012 building an indoor miniature rugby pitch complete with goal posts.

BRITISH COUNCIL
Objective To install and run British Councils significant annual conference and
exhibition for Services for International Education Marketing.
Solution to design set for main stage, create full AV and technical production including
multiple break out rooms in the Metropole Hilton Hotel, Brighton.
Result a seamless two day conference for over 600 delegates including evening
entertainment.

Roadshows
Objective to launch several new cinemas to the Vue brand, highlighting state of the art
3D screens and Dolby Atmos sound
Solution Hollywood comes to Experiential - Seat Installation in high footfall
shopping centre or train station where brand ambassadors encourage people to have their
photo taken with Captain Jack Sparrow, Storm Trooper.
Event - Vue Gateshead will be transformed into a Hollywood premiere. Guests walk the
red carpet while having their photo taken before entering the screen to watch the film
premiere.
Result successfully raised the profile Vue cinema and increase buzz on social media.

American Express Roadshow- Aces Tour


Objective to raise the brand of American Express as a Wimbledon tennis
championships sponsor; to promote tennis to a wide range of people across the UK
during the two championship weeks
Solution a tailor-made roadshow to four UK cities involving the use of bespoke
inflatable tennis courts and professional tennis coaches. Absolute Events provided the
promotional and roadshow staff and arranged all logistics
Result successfully raised the profile of American Express and increased interest in

tennis across the UK
