We, the students from Polytechnic University of the Philippines taking up Bachelor of Science in
Nutrition and Dietetics are currently undergoing study about Utilization of Red Mung Beans,
Jute Leaves, Malunggay Leaves and Cassava Starch into Homemade Vegetable Longganisa as a
requisite in our course subject, Experimental Research of Foods. We are required to execute
sensory evaluation in a selected community. In line with this, we would like to ask permission to
